Prices
What does it cost?
Measuring and the quiz are free. A room design is $9.99, once. Try a Sample is free.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once for each room you design.
Can I talk to a designer?
Yes. A 15-minute chat, $99, or a 30-minute call on video, $499. Book here, or in the app.
Chat or call?
Chat for quick questions, with photos. Call to walk through the whole room with a renowned designer.
How do I pay for a designer?
Book a time. A payment link follows by email.
Can I move my time?
Up to 24 hours before, from the link in your email. A missed chat rebooks for $45.
Measure
How do I scan?
Lights on. Start in a corner, walk the walls, pause at doors and windows, tap Done. About a minute.
Which phones can scan?
iPhone Pro and iPad Pro, with LiDAR. Others measure with the camera or type the size.
No LiDAR?
Camera: aim at three floor corners. Or type width × length.
How exact must it be?
To the inch is best. Close is fine.
Doors, windows, odd walls?
A scan finds them. Enter Size asks about each.

Trim it. On the results screen, drag an edge in.
Can I keep what I own?
Yes. Keep it on the scan, or Add a Piece in Shop. The room is designed around it.

Where do layouts come from?
Designer rules: clearances, walkways, door swings, light.
Why three?
Three ways to arrange the room. Pick one and change it from there.
Can I move things?
Ask for a change, in your own words. Sign in first.
Why won't a piece fit?
Too big for the walkways. Swap it for a smaller one.
Shop
Where are the products from?
Thousands of pieces from the brands designers buy from, chosen by hand.
Does it fit my budget?
Yes. The budget is split across the pieces, and the total shows as you shop.
How do I buy?
The arrow opens the store. We may earn a commission; your price is the same.
The price changed.
Stores change prices. The store's page is current.
Account
Do I need an account?
No. Sign in only to save rooms or use AI.
How do I sign in?
With Apple, Google or email.
Another phone?
Sign in there. Saved rooms come down.
Share with partner brands?
Your name, email and style, for offers. Off unless you turn it on.
Delete my account?
Rooms, then ⋯, Account, Delete Account. Rooms on your phone stay.
Privacy
Is my room uploaded?
It stays on your phone until you save it to your profile.
The camera?
It measures. Nothing is recorded.
